ANNUAL MAINTENANCE INSPECTIONS
Maintenance inspections should be done every three to five years to identify and monitor certain conditions and components. For example, regular inspection of the roof gives a homeowner enough time to find the right contractor and get several quotes before a minor repair becomes an emergency.
Benefit With Our Inspection Services
After we walk through the home together, your inspector will personally explain the general condition of the home and systems with you and your agent. We will talk through any major issues that need to be addressed sooner rather than later. We will also mention the items that you will want to keep an eye on for deferred maintenance. All of this will be detailed in our easy-to-read Spectora report, that will be delivered in HTML and/or PDF format. From that report, you’ll be able to see the items we discussed, with images for reference.

After one year of living in a new house, it is common to notice some minor issues that need to be repaired. It takes a lot to build a house and it is not uncommon for things to be overlooked in the construction process.
We don’t fault builders for this, but we see an opportunity to help home owners find these issues while their 1 year warranties are still active. This way, all possible problems can be mitigated before the builder moves on to the next project.
