Customers may cancel inspections up to 24 hours of the scheduled inspection time for a full refund. Cancelations made within 24 hours of the scheduled inspection HBIG will only refund 50% of the paid fee. At HBIG we fully understand the Real Estate process can be difficult and things can happen but our inspectors are paid 100% commission and if they don’t have an inspection they are not paid. When you cancel within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment it is virtually impossible to fill that time slot again and our inspector is out hundreds of dollars.
